In 2013, Secrets from the Sofa won the Paris Book Fesitval Award for Non-Fiction. It also won “Honorable Mention: at the Great Mid Western Book Festival in the Non-Fiction category.

In 2012, Secrets from the Sofa won  Best Self-Improvement Book from the Mom’s Choice Awards in Virginia Beach, Va.
